Ingredients for the Coleslaw:
1/2 a large (or 1 medium) white cabbage
2 medium carrots – peeled
1/4 brown onion – peeled
1 cup (240g) mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar – granulated or superfine
1/8 tsp mustard powder
Pinch white pepper
